🛠️ Claiming Your Lifetime Warranty
We stand by the quality of our sports eyewear. If your product has suffered a failure due to a manufacturing defect, here is the simple process to file a claim.
Step 1: Confirm Eligibility
Before starting, please confirm your issue is covered under our Lifetime Warranty:
- Covered: Defects in materials or workmanship (e.g., broken hinges, frame snapping at a stress point, lens coating peeling).
- Not Covered: Normal wear and tear (e.g., lens scratches from daily use), accidental damage (e.g., sitting on the glasses, dog chewing them), or lost/stolen items.
Step 2: Prepare Your Information
To expedite the review process, please gather the following:
- Order Number (or proof of purchase).
- Product Name/Model (e.g., "Velocity Runner, Black").
- Detailed Description of the issue.
- Clear Photos: Include at least two high-resolution photos:One showing the entire product.One close-up photo clearly highlighting the manufacturing defect.
Step 3: Submit Your Claim

Step 4: Review and Resolution
- Confirmation: You will receive an automated confirmation email immediately. Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days.
- Resolution: If the defect is confirmed, we will provide one of the following resolutions:Repair: If the item can be fixed (rare for sunglasses).Replacement: A brand-new item of the same model and color will be shipped to you free of charge.If the item is discontinued: We will offer a replacement item of comparable style and value.
- Shipping: You may be asked to return the defective product, and if so, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label for US customers. For international claims, you may be responsible for the return shipping cost.
